Sweet Heat Grilled Chicken

Ingredients :

1 lb. chicken breasts
Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub
Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce (optional)
Stubb’s Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce

Metods :

Prepare grill for direct high-heat grilling ( 450°F).

In a large pan, rub chicken breasts liberally with Stubb’s Bar-B-Q rub. Using an injector, inject chicken breasts with Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce. If desired, slather chicken with Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce.

Place chicken on grill over direct high-heat. Cook on each side for 7-10 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from grill and let stand for five minutes. Slice the chicken at an angle into thin strips before serving.
